Door leaf : solid wood for skeleton; 3~9mm MDF & 0.06~0.6mm natural wood veneer; MDF edging trip.

Door leaf fillings(if needed) :fill with  hollow-core chipboard;

Door frame(if needed) : solid wood or MDF

Surface paint finishing :environmental friendly lacquer

MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard) is artificial board that made of limited wood resources as crotch,fast-growing wood and other plant material.

Wood skin veneers retain the original texture of natural wood. 

Nowadays,because of went short of forest resource increasingly,overlaying technology is an effective means 

of wood comprehensive utilization.
